Cancellation: Late cancellations within 8 hours of your service will be charged 50%, unless you have someone willing to come in your place. If I am able to fill the spot, I will refund the charge.
No shows: 100% charge and a block in booking until paid. Please don’t do this to yourself, you’ll be missing out.
Appointment Tardiness: I allow 30 minutes in between appointments for room cleaning, office errands and to return calls. If you are under 10 min late, I will make a reasonable attempt to give you the full time. If I am unable to give you that time, I will communicate.
Unfortunately, many variables make that a thing I cannot always guarantee.
Child Policy: Children over the age of 6 who can sit quietly with a tablet, are welcome to sit in on your service.
Draping Policy: You will be appropriately draped at all times. If you are a hot-blooded person, we can use various draping techniques to make you comfortable, but the drape stays. If there are any boundary pushes to this policy, you will be asked to leave and you will be charged for the full service.
